  • I'm not sure prefer is the right word there. The higher your rank, the more likely you are to have kids and the bigger the kids are likely to be. It's an issue of needing more space, although I don't know many who take it as far as a SFC I worked with who had nine kids.

  • Mac- It is still possible for the government to have the contract voided if it's determined that the management corporation is in breach of contract. The really peculiar thing is that BOQ/BEQ is still run by Army employees. Hmmm...TDY, anyone?
